Internet access through PM-WANI Wi-Fi hotspots installed at partner shops (Public Data Offices). Speed and availability depend on location, number of users and the shop's internet line and are not guaranteed.
Your verified mobile number is your username. You choose your own password and must keep it secret. You are responsible for all use of your account. Use only your own mobile number.
Each plan shows its price, data limit, validity and speed before you pay. A plan starts when payment succeeds; a plan bought while another is running starts after it ends. Unused data or time is not carried forward and is not refundable, except when the service could not be provided because of our fault.
If you were charged but did not get internet, raise a complaint within 7 days from "Report a problem" or call - / email -. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Coupons bought at a shop are refunded by that shop.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000; to send spam or malware; to access or share child sexual abuse material; to infringe copyright; or to attack or disrupt any network. We may suspend accounts that break these terms and must cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
As required for PM-WANI providers, usage logs (session time, data used, device and access point) are kept for at least one year and stored in India. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The service is provided "as is". Public Wi-Fi is shared; use secure (https) websites and apps for banking and personal data. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
